This property can be booked with Brighton Lanes Studio 1, Brighton Lanes Studio 2 and Brighton Lanes Studio 3 to sleep 16 people altogether.
Open Plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Room comprising of:
White gloss fitted kitchen, fully equipped with good storage for those needing to put their everyday shopping away. There is a slim line dishwasher, a good size fridge/freezer, an integrated hob and oven as well as a microwave. For a quick bite to eat, the breakfast bar comes in handy - with bright green bar stools!
The dining area comprises of a square table for 4 with comfortable seating, zingy tableware and pretty place mats.
To the front of the property, the living area provides some comfortable seating with the large corner sofa, which opens up to form a sofa bed for 2. For your entertainment, there is a 42" digital plasma TV with all the freeview channels and a also DVD player. A small DVD film library is also on hand to help wile away a few relaxing hours on the sofa. There’s also a Pure Contour dock for iPod, iPhone & iPad with a built in DAB digital radio tuner. White shutters have been fitted for your privacy, or for a prolonged lie-in on a sunny morning.
Useful coat and utility cupboard with a washer dryer - very convenient for guests on longer stays.
Decorated in shades of brown and green, the bedroom houses a large king size bed with a huge cream leather headboard. The large wardrobe, with mirrored sliding doors, has hanging rails, a small chest of drawers and a shoe rack – so you can put all your belongings away with ease. Pretty white dressing table with a mirror and a stool to the side of the bed - perfect for getting ready in no time before going out. A wall mounted LED TV with built in DVD player is a great addition - perfect for those who love watching a movie in bed.
Tiled from floor to ceiling, the modern, designer bathroom features a chic square shower bath offering the luxury of a spacious bath with the added bonus of a large showering area. There is a trendy washstand with chunky basin and a storage cupboard underneath for all your toiletries, along with a heated towel rail, shaver point and WC. Wall to wall mirrors, picture frames and pretty accessories give this bathroom a really luxurious feel.
Accessed through the bedroom, the pretty outside area features a rattan cube table and chairs and is a great space to chill out with a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening.

I stayed in Brighton Lanes Apartment for the whole of September 2013 and what a fabulous space?! It felt extremely homely and I immediately felt welcome. The front room was a fantastic size and there is a really fantastic courtyard. I'd like to give City Pad and the owners James and Graeme a huge thank you. I recently moved from London to Brighton to buy a house and in the meantime I was planning to rent somewhere to live for a few months. However having now stayed at Brighton Lanes Apartments, I couldn't think of anything better as it was so much easier and cheaper and I would highly recommend this to anybody that is either planning a short or long stay in Brighton.
