Lounge/Dining Area

Relax in front of the large plasma TV with a glass of wine in the stylish lounge with wooden floor, leather sofa and fabulous shimmering feature wallpaper. The lounge also has a glass dining table with chrome chairs so you can sit down to eat after preparing a meal in the well equipped kithen.

Bedroom 1

The smart master bedroom is spacious with a feature fireplace and double windows to let the light flood in. The contrast of colours present- black, white and red- create a stylish atmosphere. Double metal framed bed, large wardrobe and a dressing table.

Bedroom 2

The blue room houses twin zip link beds which can be put together to form a kingsize bed on request. Each bed has its own small bedside shelf with reading light. There is also a hanging rail for clothes and wooden wall shelves for personal nick-nacks. A zed bed is available for a fifth guest if required.


The bathroom has a relaxing feel with white tiling, great for a sumptuous soak after a hard days shopping – with of course a shower over the bath if you are in a hurry.

  • The apartment was fine and we enjoyed our stay. The whole place was appropriately clean and it was in a good location to enable a bit of self catering. The kitchen was adequately equipped for our requirements. There were enough towels and bedding.We had some difficulty adjusting the heating as we turned it down a couple of times and it re-set itself (probably us not it).The pub near by was was friendly (the Hampton). Although their quiz was fixed (we didn't win but had fun trying).When we go back to Brighton we will definitely check your website first. David, July 2012

  • Our holidays couldn't have been better. Not only was the flat excellently located and in perfect conditions, but what's more, the parking space was very practical as we rented a car, so life was really easy and comfortable. The only comment we would like to make in order to improve the good conditions of the flat is the fact - an amazing one - that there was no plug in the bathroom so the man in the house - me- had to go to the living room for his daily shaving session, but apart from that, all in all, an A grade for the accommodation, which was a silent one too, to make matters even better. If I ever go back to my dear city- which I will - I will not hesitate to hire your professional services. The world would be a much better one if everybody did his-her job the way you do. The apartment was very clean and welcoming, an excellent location and with the parking as well made it perfect for us as we had my 82 year old mother with us.   • The booking process was simple and easy to use. I didn’t have any problems there. Any email queries I sent were answered quickly and answered my questions. The website was informative, and helped me to come to a decision easily. Other websites I used were not as informative and left me wondering about certain aspects of the property. Whereas your website had everything I needed to know. The actual property itself was just as explained on the website and we enjoyed our stay.   • A good little flat, clean and well equipped, it is good for families, my one year old gave the place a full work out and I only had to move a few ornaments. The short cut into Waitrose car park was handy. There is a bit of road noise but it is so close to the centre of Brighton it’s what I would expect. The photo of the parking space had been removed from the flat so I called Cherry Tree to clarify which one it was, they were very helpful and even called back to check that I was able to park OK.   • The flat is well maintained, beautifully decorated and has all you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We were all very impressed and found it suited us down to the ground. Fantastic location with a 5 minute walk to the seafront and about 10 minutes to the main shopping area. The onsite parking makes a huge difference when compared to other occasions where we’ve had to use car parks and permits at £10 a day. If you get the chance, go and play a few games of pool and have a bite to eat at Rock & Roller which is just around the corner...very friendly staff and a brilliant atmosphere.   • Excellent locality to shops and local amenities. The parking space is an invaluable addition - we have other friends who have stayed at similar places but have had to juggle their parking around strict restrictions. Some previous reviews mentioned the noise from passing revellers, but aside from a bongo playing numbskull, we were pleasantly surprised by how peaceful our stay was. Kitchen was small but had everything required, lounge was big enough to entertain friends and our kids, main bedroom is a very good size and our son was thrilled with having the second room to himself. Bathroom was a good size with decent shower and storage. All in all a very good base for our weeks stay in Brighton. Just a short stroll from the children’s play areas and the Hove Lawns at the nicer more sedate side of the seafront. Keith, Hemel Hempstead. August 2010
