A well presented 4 bedroom terraced house to sleep 10, located in the popular North Laine area and within just few minutes walk from Brighton Station and city centre. Great open plan kitchen/dining and living area and beautifully decorated bedrooms along with a pretty patio at the rear of the property. The house is designed to cater for family groups and large group bookings.

The North Laine is popular with its variety of unique independent retailers. In the mile between the Pavilion and Brighton station you will find 300 shops, 37 cafes, 22 pubs, 4 theatres and a world-class museum. North Laine is also home to the cultural centre of Brighton with the new library and piazza in the jubilee complex.

Kitchen

Modern kitchen with white glossy kitchen units, fully equipped with all you need to self cater. There is plenty of storage for all groceries if need be. The kitchen benefits from an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge with a separate freezer compartment. The kitchen window overlooks the pretty terraced patio which is extremely colourful in summer.

Dining Area

The dining area comprises of two extendable dining tables to accommodate the maximum number of people. Get cooking for a family gathering or choose to prepare a variety of party snacks for large groups, before heading into town!

Living Room

Stylish living area with a two and three seater sofa, large flat screen TV and DVD player, along with an iPod docking station and wireless internet access. This is the perfect place to stop for drinks and snacks before going out, or just sit back and relax with family and friends.

Bedroom 1

This loft bedroom is absolutely gorgeous! Exposed brick wall, sleek glossy black and white furniture and elegant matching cushions and throws. The beds can be set up as twin or a double to give more flexibility.

Bedroom 2

Comprising of a single bunk bed to sleep 2, this bedroom is bright and gives you plenty of storage room with a fitted wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. The Union Jack wallprint adds to the contrast.

Bedroom 3

Located to the rear of the property, and overlooking the patio, the 'Garden Bedroom' has been styled in palette colours with matching cushions and throws. Two single beds which can be set as a double, large chest of drawers and a gorgeous mirror along with a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space. This means that you don't necessarily have to travel light!

Bedroom 4

Spacious bedroom with 4 single beds, feature fireplace and a large mirror above it. Dressed with deep and rich colours, the 4 single beds, one of which is a pull out bed, offer great flexibility when it comes to the sleeping arrangements.

Bathroom 1

This large bathroom has white bath with shower above, with tiled floors and white walls. There is a heated towel rail, huge full length mirror, WC and a wash basin with a mirrored cabinet. Blinds have been fitted on the window for your privacy.

Bathroom 2

Next to the main bathroom, the luxury fully tiled shower room has a WC, heated towels rail and a wash basin with a mirrored cabinet above it for all the lotions and potions.

There is also a separate toilet located on the lower ground floor with WC and a wash basin.

Courtyard

It is a rare find to have an outside space in a central property like this- a pretty terraced patio with potted plants, bench and a hidden door!

  • We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, however I wouldn’t say we were rested after the weekend break, more like hungover!! The location and size of the property was fantastic, it was well equipped and clean, the mattresses were very comfortable. If you are looking for constructive criticism then I would suggest that the back courtyard was a little run down and the carpet has seen better days. But having said that, it would not stop me from staying there again. With regards to Citypad, I found the booking and service from you guys very professional and would recommend you in the future.
