Two sophisticated and spacious Regency apartments in one of Brighton’s most historic and private crescents. Booked together, these apartments sleep up to 10 people. One offers a private decked patio and both have a parking space. The property's are full of period features and vintage chic, offering space and comfort at the same time. Only a short walk from Brighton Station and the bohemian North Laine conservation area bustling with its unique and boutique bars, shops and restaurants...it’s also just a leisurely 10 minute stroll to the beach - the perfect location to get to know Brighton.
A large kitchen/diner full of vintage treasures and modern comforts... a blue SMEG fridge and a bright red Coca-Cola cooler sit alongside Dualit & Baumatic appliances - there is even a coffee maker as well as a Nespresso coffee machine for the coffee lovers. You will have a couple of coffee pods left so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning. The long rustic refectory table and matching wooden benches will seat up to six people if you fancy staying in for dinner for a change! This is a great entertaining space for family and friends.
The spacious living room, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Crescent gardens, doubles up as a comfortable and dramatic second bedroom by night. There are two leather sofas - a lovely black Chesterfield and another that transforms into a comfortable double bed. A low armoire wardrobe will hide all your clothes and shoes. For your entertainment there is a 32 inch LCD TV, i-Pod dock, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
White painted floors, beautiful curtains and gorgeous accessories give the bedroom an elegant and luxurious feel. The room has been designed to help you relax in luxury after a hard day's shopping and pampering. An antique pine dresser and a vintage style iron wardrobe give you plenty of storage and hanging space, and the large and comfy double bed should get you feeling right at home in no time at all.
The bathroom is tiled throughout with beautiful Brazilian slate tiles. It has a sumptuous walk in shower and an ultra modern hand basin and loo. A full length mirror will help you get ready for Brighton in style!
At the far end of the kitchen, the large bi-folding doors lead you out onto your own private and decked sun trap with built in table & benches for kicking back and enjoying a good book and a glass of wine. Help yourselves to the lovely fresh herbs growing outside the door too!
A baby blue SMEG firdge freezer contrasts against the stainless steel working tops and under counter white, gloss units. The cookware is stowed in built in cupboards. There is a four ring gas hob, oven/grill combo and dishwasher.
Descreetly positioned off of the hall, this bright nook gives you a private dining experience. Industrial reclaimed stools are tucked neatly under the wooden upcycled table.
The tall windows overlooking the crescent let in plenty of light against the dark brown wooden floor. The modern and the new mix nicely with period features surrounding the door frames and ceiling, an Edison bulb and cage provide a cosy glow, a reclaimed crate as your coffee table and pop art pictures on the walls. A generously sized corner leather sofa also doubles up as a double sofa bed.
A place to sleep and to take a seat and read; there is ample space in this bedroom to relax. There is a double bed with black and gold wrought iron frame to compliment the clothes rail. Two side tables with lamps. Two cinema seats, two occasional chairs and a trunk table make up the other half of the room.
A room with a surprise; draw a bath, sit back and relax in the white, porcelain slipper. A triptych of stained glass windows are suspended to give privacy and a peaceful aspect to the room. White wrought iron frames the double bed, with matching clothes rail. There are two folding chairs with lamps.
White metro tiles contrast against the natural brick wall. There is a shower, WC and sink.
The owner does not accept pre-wedding groups.
A parking permit is available to allow parking in the Crescent outside the property, but there is no specific guaranteed space. If you require the permit please request it at the time of booking. The permit does not allow you to park for free in any other areas in Brighton & Hove. You will be required to leave the permit in the property at the end of your stay. Failing to do so will result in £50 fine.
