    Five bed, five bathroom townhouse to sleep 24 in the heart of Kemptown and close to the beach. Great for a group of friends or a family get together. The Royal Pavilion and Palace Pier are an easy short walk. There are plenty of bars, cafes and shops in Kemptown; so everything is on your door step

    Dining Room

    Located on the lower ground floor, dining tables, benches and two chairs provide an atmospheric space for up to 24 people. There is a TV and DVD player, Toshika aircon and an under counter fridge, with even a wine fridge so that you don't need to go anywhere.

    Open plan Kitchen / Living Room

    This really is a great social space that will bring the group together. High ceilings let in the light and the Moroccan theme of comfy cushions throughout, you will all feel relaxed and at home.

    Kitchen

    Plenty of facilities to cater for you. There is the usual toaster and microwave along with an eight ring gas hob coupled with two ovens and a small oven/grill. Two dishwashers should keep everyone happy, along with a tall free standing fridge and freezer. There is also a washer/dryer.

    Living Area

    For seating there are three lots of two seater sofas sitting opposite another sofa with two coffee tables in between. There is a wall mounted TV with DVD/CD player. Stairs to the mezzanine level let you take in the view whilst relaxing on the cushions.

    Bedroom 1 (Sleeps 6)

    This front bedroom with en suite is on the ground floor and has a single bunk and a triple bunk bed along with a wardrobe. There is an additional chair bed if required, so that a total of six people can sleep here.

    Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 7)

    First floor front bedroom with en suite has a single bunk and a triple bunk to sleep five, with an additional two chair beds. There is also a wardrobe to stow your belongings.

    Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 3)

    Located on the first floor this bedroom has a triple bunk bed to sleep three and a wardrobe.

    Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 6)

    On the second floor the front bedroom has two triple bunks to sleep six, a wardrobe and a set of drawers.

    Bedroom 5 (Sleeps 2)

    The other second floor bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

    Bathroom 1

    The ground floor bathroom has a shower, WC and sink.

    Bathroom 2

    The ensuite bathroom to the ground floor bedroom is decked out with rose pink tiles and boasts two sinks. There is also a bath with shower overhead and WC.

    Bathroom 3

    On the first floor you find an orange tiled bathroom with WC, sink and bath with shower overhead.

    Bathroom 4

    Another ensuite bathroom off the first floor bedroom. Bright green, this bathroom has a shower, WC and sink.

    Bathroom 5

    This compact bathroom can be found on the second floor. A great use of space provides a shower, sink & WC.

    Courtyard

    Doors from the Kitchen / Living Room open onto the decked courtyard.

    Bits n Bobs

    This property is dog friendly only. Only small dogs are permitted.

    The owner does not accept stag groups.
