    Light, bright three bedroom house to sleep six with the bonus of a free parking space and patio garden. Being close to the marina is great for accessing all the restaurants, bowling, gym, and cinema!

    Open Plan Kitchen / Dining Area comprising of:

    Kitchen Area

    A colour pop of bright orange in the l-shaped kitchen. There is an under counter fridge and freezer; microwave; washing machine, cafetiere, four slice toaster; electric oven and induction hob

    Dining Area

    A bright and social space that lends itself well to hanging out. It feels light and open thanks to the patio doors leading to the outside area. There is a wooden dining table to seat six as well as a sofa in the nook to sit back and relax whilst dinner is prepared. The fifties style retro kitchen dresser is a lovely feature. The eco wood pellet boiler is nestled in the chimney breast.

    Living Room

    Traditional style living room at the front of the house with swivel wall mounted smart TV, two arm chairs, and two sofas. Turn on the standard lamp and grab one of the many books or small games on the alcove bookshelves to while away the hours.

    Bedroom 1

    The master bedroom at the front of the house has a double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is a built in dresser with wardrobes either side and two occasional chairs.

    Bedroom 2

    Double bed with bedside tables and lamps. There is one built in wardrobe, a dresser with mirror, and an occasional chair. The tiled fireplace is a nice touch.

    Bedroom 3

    Cute twin room with two single beds, set of drawers with bedside lamps, and hanging rail with a low shelf for your belongings.


    White bath suite with shower overhead, WC and sink on the first floor.


    There is a separate WC on the ground floor for your convenience.


    The patio is accessed through the kitchen diner. There is a wooden table and chairs so you can sit and enjoy your slice of outside in the city. The sacks of wood pellets for the boiler are stored in the cupboard.

    Bits n Bobs

    The hot water and heating is run by an environmentally friendly wood pellet boiler. Guests will need to replenish the boiler with the wood pellets provided in the outside cupboard.

    Getting Around

    The number 1 & 7 bus goes regularly into town, the Pavilion and Pier. The number 7 bus also goes to the marina. It's only a 12 minute taxi ride from the train station to Reading House.
