    Gorgeous four bed to sleep 10 with ensuite rooms, sea views and an assortment of outside spaces. With the beach, countryside, Sussex villages and Brighton at your disposal along with off and on street parking, this makes a perfect escape for families and friends.

    Open plan Kitchen / Dining / Living area consisting of:

    Kitchen area

    Contemporary integrated kitchen annexed in the open plan living and dining room, keeping you social with the family. Housing a fridge with separate freezer, two ovens, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, designer extractor fan and granite work surfaces.

    Dining area

    Dining table and chairs for eight with a possible cosy 10. Situated by the double bifold doors leading out onto the north facing patio.

    Living area

    This is a great social space where everyone can hang out and still be together whether you’re watching the flat screen TV, reading a book, prepping in the kitchen, or on your laptop at the dining table. There are three sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. You can see the sea over the hills from the sofa, or take a breath of fresh air on the south facing terrace.

    Bedroom 1

    Located on the first floor at the front of the house this has a double bed, black gloss side tables and drawers, wicker bench and plenty of modular built in storage. There are sea views from the bed or you can go out on the balcony. This master bedroom benefits from an ensuite.

    Bedroom 2

    On the first floor at the rear of the house comprising of two single beds, built in wardrobe, adjoining WC and wash basin only and garden views.

    Bedroom 3

    On the ground floor at the front of the house with sea views and a decked terrace. The zip and link beds are set up as a king by default but can be arranged as two singles upon request. There is a wicker bench, built in wardrobe with shelves and ensuite.

    Bedroom 4

    Rear bedroom on the ground floor with a zip and link bed set up as a king, but can be configured as two singles upon request. There is a built-in wardrobe, entry to the patio and an ensuite that can also be accessed independently from the hall.

    Bathroom 1

    Ensuite to bedroom 1 with bath and shower overhead, sink with cupboard, WC and heated towel rail.

    Bathroom 2

    Ensuite to bedroom 2, this has sink and WC only along with a heated towel rail.

    Bathroom 3

    Ensuite to bedroom 3 with a good size shower, sink with built in vanity unit, WC and heated towel rail

    Bathroom 4

    Jack n Jill bathroom accessed from bedroom 4 or the hall with built in shower, sink with drawer, WC and heated towel rail.

    Utility

    On the ground floor at the back of the house is a utility room with washing machine, sink and ironing board. There is access to the patio.

    Outside Space

    This property has the luxury of two south facing terraces on the ground floor for the lounge and bedroom 3 and another decked balcony on the first floor with sea views for bedroom 1. The patio, at the rear of the house, can be entered from the dining area or bedroom 4. There are patio chairs and table and steps leading to the split level grass area bordered with shrubs and flowers.

    Access

    Ovingdean is a beautiful semi rural village nestled between the South Downs National Park and the sea. You can have the best of both, with the City of Brighton a 10-15 minute drive away and the marina even closer with its array of restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, bowling and casino. For those without a car there is the Big Lemon Bus that services route 52 along with other buses that run along the coast road. A taxi ride will cost around £10-£15. You can also take the beautiful under cliff walk into the city and the beach at Ovingdean is only a 15 minute walk away. There are also buses that run East so that you can explore the Sussex Heritage Coast.
