    Three bedroom, two bathroom first floor townhouse to sleep eight people in true vintage style. Amazingly located in the heart of Kemptown with a plethora of cafes, pubs, restaurants and conveniences, along with the seafront a couple minutes' walk away.

    First floor

    Kitchen / Dining area consisting of:


    Vintage style kitchen with stand alone pieces providing the full compliment, including free standing fridge freezer, electric cooker with separate grill and oven, microwave, Belfast sink, and dresser for cookware and condiments.

    Dining Area

    A drop leaf table caters for four with additional fold-up chairs to cosily seat another two-four guests.

    Living Room

    Period lounge with an eye catching round wooden table. Seating is provided by a couple of sofas and velvet Chester style arm chair. There are plenty of classic furnishings donning the walls and side tables, and there is a discrete 32" TV.

    Bathroom 1

    At the end of the hall is a white suite bathroom with bath and shower overhead, sink and WC.

    Outside Space

    A city centre oasis with this slice of outside. Decked terrace with string lights and wooden furniture.

    Second floor

    Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2)

    Bedroom in white with double bed, side tables and lamps.

    Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3)

    Really nice sized bedroom with plenty of light. Double bed with side tables and lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A dresser at the window looks over Kemptown. There is a single chair bed for an additional guest.

    Third floor

    Bedroom 3 (sleeps 3)

    Exposed brickwork compliments the double bed, side tables with lamps, wardrobe and full length mirror. There is a single chair bed for an additional guest.

    Bathroom 2

    Open access bathroom across from bedroom 3 with stylish slipper bath, WC and sink.
