    This unique four bedroom, three bedroom townhouse to sleep 20 is just a stone's throw to Brighton Pier and the beach. Designed to cater for large groups with its fantastic open plan kitchen and dining area, perfect for entertaining.

    Lower ground floor

    Kitchen / Dining area comprising of:


    White stone worktops house charcoal grey units with integrated appliances such as dishwasher, washer/dryer, two fan ovens, five ring hob, American style fridge freezer as well as a wine cooler. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to prepare a meal- whether it's a sit down dinner or breakfast in the morning. For the coffee lovers, there is a filter coffee machine as well as a hot water dispenser or if you fancy a smoothie, there is a Nutribullet as well.

    Dining Area

    Two large tables and benches form the dining area which can seat up to 28 guests or 20 relaxed. For your entertainment, there is an integrated music system, docking station, surround sound speakers as well as disco lighting which with the neon lighting creates a great setting for the evening. The drinks trolley makes is ideal for serving cocktails!

    Ground floor

    Living Room

    Accessed via an inviting hall and a window overlooking the Dining area below, the living room has been decorated in midnight blues with two corner sofas which open up to create two double sofa beds to sleep four. Bi-fold doors separate the living room into two sleeping areas and offer privacy. TV, some board games and a Bluetooth speaker have been added for those relaxed evenings.

    Bedroom 1 'The Snug' (Sleeps 2)

    The Sung has a double sofa bed to sleep two. Funky, themed wallpaper, wicker baskets and a side table.


    Separate WC with a sink, heated towel rail and toilet.

    First floor

    Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 6)

    Two double beds with plush cushions sitting against a feature wooden wall with cool lights by each bed. The added double sofa bed means the room can sleep six in total. There are shelves, hanging rail and a chest of drawers for your belongings.

    Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 4)

    Sleeps four with two double beds and an en suite shower room. Copper pipe clothes rack with hanging rail and a chest of drawers will provide plenty of room for a weekend's stay.

    Bathroom 1

    The marble effect bathroom has a large Jacuzzi bath with a rainfall shower as well as a hand-held shower, sink and a mirrored cabinet with storage above, heated towel rail and a toilet.

    Bathroom 2

    En suite to Bedroom 2, this double walk in shower shower comes with a rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower, sink and a mirrored cabinet with storage above, heated towel rail and a toilet.

    Second floor

    Bedroom 4 (Sleeps 4)

    Top floor bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace. Designed to sleep four in a double bed and a double sofa bed with a clothes rack and a chest of drawers providing some storage.

    Bathroom 3

    Black marble bathroom with a double walk in shower, sink and a mirrored cabinet with storage above, heated towel rail and a toilet.


    Double doors lead out onto a terrace with a table and four chairs- great for those balmy evenings with a glass of bubbly.
