The grey cabinets are soft closing and contrast nicely against the orange splash black.

    Contemporary table with chairs for eight, provides the seating for your dining experience.

    Sitting area

    The cosy leather sofa gives an additional area to hang out and relax whilst dinner is cooking! The open plan layout creates a great social atmosphere.

    Conveniently located just off the kitchen, there is a WC and sink.

    Ground floor

    Living room

    Generously spaced over the ground floor. The seating is situated at the front of the room, comprising of a comfy three-seater sofa and chair with a couple more matching chesterfield style chairs. Wooden coffee table and side tables provide a space to put your drinks. There is a cable TV and period feature fire place. The remainder of the living room has been kept open to provide space for working. You can connect to a wireless music system via Sonos. This free app plays music in bedroom 1, kitchen and bathroom from your phone.

    The shower room has cool mint green metro tiles. There is also a sink, WC and heated towel rail.

    Outside Space

    A split level courtyard accessible from the lower ground and ground floor. There are two sets of table and chairs on the ground floor patio.

    Bedroom 1

    The large master bedroom is on the first floor, front facing and decorated in grey. There is a king size bed, side tables and lamps, set of drawers and wardrobe.

    Bedroom 2

    Another first floor bedroom with double bed, funky side tables with lamps, built in wardrobe with shelves, a set of drawers and union jack chaise lounge.

    Bathroom 1

    The main bathroom is stylishly tiled throughout. You will find a bath with shower overhead, sink with towel rail and WC.

    Second floor

    Bedroom 3

    Peaceful in blue, the loft bedroom has a double bed, two sky light windows, side tables and TV. You will find one of the temporary beds stowed away here. The other is under the stairs on the first floor.
