    Tasteful four bedroom house to sleep 16 people with an appreciation of music reflected in its decor and soft furnishings throughout. Great location with the beach minutes away and pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants all around.

    Lower ground floor

    Kitchen / Dining area comprising of:

    Kitchen area

    Perfect open plan social space where everyone congregates. Sophisticated gloss grey cupboards with six gas hob, gas oven with electric grill, under counter fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, washing up island, and plenty of prep space. The cupboards are stocked with wine and champagne glasses as well as pots, pans and cooking utensils for your stay.

    Dining area

    Black wooden tables with matching benches for up to 16 people. There is a cool little cellar bar to the back with a wine storage area where you can rustle up some cocktails or serve your fellow guests.

    Courtyard

    French doors from the kitchen open up to this cute little gravelled space with table and two chairs.

    WC

    Handy WC and sink to the back of the kitchen.

    Ground floor

    Living Room

    Three single sofa beds, TV, DVD player and iPod dock. Great to have another social area to sit back and relax out of the hustle and bustle of the kitchen.

    First floor

    Bedroom 1: Black Keys Room (sleeps 4)

    Triple bunk to sleep three and a single chair bed to sleep an additional guest. A spacious ensuite has a shower, WC and sink.

    Bathroom 1

    Tiled in black and grey, this bathroom has a roll top bath, shower cubicle, twin sinks, and WC.

    Bathroom 2

    Ensuite to bedroom 1. Black and white floor tiles give a timeless vintage look. Plenty of storage space and room to pamper with the walk-in shower, sink, and WC.

    Second floor

    Bedroom 2: Manuscript Room (sleeps 4)

    Two sets of single bunks to sleep four people. There is a slim free standing and built in wardrobe for your belongings.

    Bedroom 3: Elvis and Priscilla Room (sleeps 2)

    Cosy bedroom for two with twin beds that can be zipped together as a double. Set as twin by default so please request preference at the time of booking. There is a built in wardrobe.

    Roof Terrace

    Second outside space, this simple roof terrace has distant sea views and plenty of sunshine. Great for soaking up the city.

    WC

    Another independent WC and sink on the second floor for your convenience.

    Third floor

    Bedroom 3: Jewel Room (sleeps 3)

    Roof top bedroom with plenty of light. Double bed to sleep two people with an additional single sofa bed to sleep an additional guest. There is access to a rooftop balcony.

    Balcony

    Yet another outside escape with distant sea and views.
