You will find a couple of coffee pods on your arrival so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning.
The long rustic refectory table & matching wooden benches will seat up to six people if you fancy staying in for dinner for a change! This is a great entertaining space for family and friends.
The spacious living room, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Crescent gardens, doubles up as a comfortable and dramatic second bedroom by night. There are two leather sofas - a lovely black Chesterfield and another one which opens up to form a comfortable double bed. A low armoire wardrobe will hide all your clothes & shoes. For your entertainment there is a 32 inch LCD TV, i-Pod dock, DVD player and Wi-Fi.
White painted floors, beautiful curtains and gorgeous accessories give the bedroom an elegant and luxurious feel. The room has been designed to help you relax in luxury after a hard day's shopping and pampering. An antique pine dresser and a vintage style iron wardrobe give you plenty of storage and hanging space, and the large and comfy double bed should get you feeling right at home in no time at all.
The bathroom is tiled throughout with beautiful Brazilian slate tiles. It has a sumptuous walk in shower and an ultra modern hand basin and WC. A full length mirror will help you get ready for Brighton in style!
At the far end of the kitchen, the large bi-folding doors lead you out onto your own private and decked sun trap with built in table & benches for kicking back and enjoying a good book and a glass of wine. Help yourselves to the lovely fresh herbs growing outside the door too!

A parking permit is available to allow parking in the Crescent outside the property, but there is no specific guaranteed space. If you require the permit please request it at the time of booking. The permit does not allow you to park for free in any other areas in Brighton & Hove. You will be required to leave the permit in the property at the end of your stay. Failing to do so will result in £50 fine taken from your deposit.
