    Classically styled regency townhouse with oblique sea views that can sleep 20 in five spacious bedrooms. Superbly located in Kemptown with its independent cafes, shops and bars coupled with the sea front at the end of the road. A perfect holiday home for groups and families.

    Kitchen area

    Country style kitchen in sage green offers plenty of space to prepare and cook for your social get togethers. You will find a microwave, four ring gas hob with electric oven and grill combined. Off of the hall there is a separate utility area with sink, dish washer, washing machine and dryer.

    Dining area

    The ground floor open plan kitchen/dining area is ideal for everyone to socialise. Located towards the front of the house, there is a window seat area to glance out to sea. The extendable dining table can seat 20 using chairs and stools. There is a non working fire place and tall boy full of childrens activities to keep them occupied.

    Living Room

    The living room is spacious with three sofas, one of which gives way to oblique sea views. The long drape curtains, period fire places and ceiling roses with chandeliers really evokes the regency style of this beautiful house. The annex has a double sofa bed and there are two single cube beds that are portable to sleep another two guests.

    Bedroom 1

    The lower ground floor front bedroom is conveniently located by the hall entrance with its own heated towel rails to don your wet towels when coming back from the beach. Zip and link beds to sleep two share a side table and lamp, wardrobe and dressing table .

    Bedroom 2

    Sleeping three people in zip and link beds and a single bed, this lower ground floor bedroom benefits from an ensuite and french doors onto a cosy courtyard.

    Bedroom 3

    Located on the second floor, there are zip and link beds to sleep two people and a small double sofa bed to sleep another person. You have everything you need with a wardrobe, side tables with lamps and a dresser to pamper yourself for a night out in the city.

    Bedroom 4

    This generously sized third floor bedroom is at the front of the house. It sleeps six in zip and link beds, two singles beds and two single pull out beds. There is a TV with DVD player, full length mirror, wardrobe, side tables with lamps and dresser. A WC and sink is an added bonus.

    Bedroom 5

    This cute, double bedroom is accessed off of bedroom 4. It also features a side table with lamp and dresser for getting ready.

    Bathroom 1

    Located on the mezzanine between the ground and first floor, the bathroom, themed in blue, has a bath with hand held shower, sink, WC and heated towel rail.

    Bathroom 2

    Lots of room to spend some time getting ready and relaxing in the roll top bath whilst gazing at the chandeliers. There is also a shower cubicle, Victorian style sink and WC.

    Bathroom 3

    Ensuite to the back triple bedroom on the lower ground floor, this is a good sized shower room with sink, WC and heated towel rail.


    On the third floor, a WC and sink services both bedrooms.

    Outside Space:


    Accessed through the back bedroom on the lower ground floor, this cute little space with fairy lights houses a table and two chairs.


    Sit with the flamingos on this astro turfed terrace.
