    Beautiful five bedroom, three bathroom Grade II listed house in the very centre of Brighton to sleep 20 people in 13 individual beds. Just a stone's throw from the beach, shops, The Lanes, clubs and restaurants.

    The Chocolate Box is styled throughout in 1920's, art deco design all with a modern edge offering that something a sense of luxury and all with a chocolate twist! Period chocolate advertisements & designer statement wall paper adorn the walls and signature furniture pieces add that touch of luxury.

    This property certainly ticks the location, location, location box! Situated in a quiet city-centre road, the house is just a short walk to the beach, Brighton's famous Lanes with its windy & narrow streets, boutique shops and countless restaurants and bars. No need for taxis or buses- just a hop skip and a jump and you'll be home!

    Lounge: First Floor

    Located on the first floor, the plush lounge houses two velvet chesterfield sofas as well as a third sofa, large wall mounted TV, mirrored coffee table and additional seating provided by two art deco styled fan chairs. The french windows open onto a small Juliet balcony (unfortunately not to be used). For groups of 20, a single cube bed can be rented which can be placed in any room.

    The kitchen consists of fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher and walled units. The addition of a six slice toaster and extra large kettle lends itself perfectly for large group breakfasts. The range style oven houses multiple ovens and hob rings perfect for large group dinners. The cupboards are stocked with ample crockery, pots and pans and of course enough wine and champagne glasses!

    Dining Area

    The dining tables seating up to 19 people offer dual functionality. Made from hard wearing kitchen worktops, and on wheels they offer style, durability, and can be moved easily to cater for your group size. Perfect for group dinners and of course as extra food preparation space.

    Bedroom 1: White Room (sleeps 3)

    Located on the lower ground floor with sparkly tiller girl wallpaper.

    This room has direct access to a shower room. The stairs enter directly into the room and there is a door to the front lower ground floor bedroom.

    Bedroom 2: Cherry Room (Sleeps 5)

    Located on the lower ground floor with its own door.

    1 x triple adult bunk bed (one double bed with a single bunk overhead)

    1 x single adult bunk bed.

    Bedroom 3: Orange Room (Sleeps 3)

    Located on the first floor.

    Bedroom 4: Mint Room (Sleeps 3)

    Located on the second floor.
