You will also find a coffee machine - some coffee pods will be supplied on arrival so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning. Dining table and chairs for eight with the doors leading out onto the ground floor terrace is great for any time of year.
This is a great social space with two comfortable grey sofas, one of which opens out to a double sofa bed, positioned to watch the 49" Smart TV. Two Amazon Echo units and a DVD player are in place for your entertainment. There are also a couple of occasional chairs with a coffee table and views onto the balcony.

With distant views of the chalky cliffs, the sea on the horizon and oblique Marina views. This is a lovely spot to get some fresh air whilst everyone was hanging out in the lounge.
The Marina feels like holiday with its array of restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, bowling, and casino. The number 7 bus runs regularly from the Marina into Brighton city centre. You can also take the beautiful under cliff walk into the village of Rottingdean. There are also buses that run East so that you can explore the Sussex Heritage Coast.
This property has an allocated spaces for two cars. Please ensure you park within the dedicated parking area. A key card is required and charged at £50 if lost.
