    Modern, spacious three bed to sleep 10 with ensuite rooms, sea view, outside spaces and parking for two cars. Brighton Marina on its door step with an abundance of restaurants, bars, shops, and activities, making it the perfect city holiday by the sea for families and friends.

    Kitchen

    Conveniently located on the ground floor with easy access and a window looking through to the dining room. This blue contrasting white kitchen houses a free standing fridge freezer, oven with grill, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. You will also find a coffee machine- some coffee pods will be supplied on arrival so you can enjoy a delicious cup of coffee in the morning.

    Dining Room

    Dining table and chairs for eight with the doors leading out onto the ground floor terrace.

    Living Room

    This is a great social space with two comfortable grey sofas, one of which opens out to a double sofa bed, positioned to watch the 49" Smart TV. Two Amazon Echo units and a DVD player are in place for your entertainment. There are also a couple of occasional chairs with a coffee table and views onto the balcony.

    Bedroom 1

    Located on the ground floor, terrace facing, with one double and one single bed sharing a side table and lamp. There is a hanging rail with shelves, mirror, and storage drawers. This bedroom is ensuite.

    Bedroom 2

    Another ground floor bedroom comprising of two single beds that can zip and link to form a king size bed upon request. There is a hanging rail with shelves and a Jack n Jill bathroom.

    Bedroom 3

    On the first floor, this bedroom has ample space with three zip and link beds, two of which can be linked together as a king size bed upon request. There is a hanging rail with shelves, mirror, and storage drawers. This bedroom is ensuite.

    Bathroom 1

    Ensuite to bedroom 1 with shower cubicle, WC, and sink.

    Bathroom 2

    Jack n Jill bathroom to bedroom 2 and the hall, this white suite has a bath with shower overhead, WC, and sink.

    Bathroom 3

    Ensuite to bedroom 3 on the first floor with a bath with shower overhead, WC, and sink.

    Terrace

    Nice sized terrace with wooden table and eight chairs. Accessed from the dining room, this is perfect for socialising.

    Balcony

    With distant views of the chalky cliffs, the sea on the horizon and oblique Marina views. This is a lovely spot to get some fresh air whilst everyone was hanging out in the lounge.

    Bits n Bobs

    The Marina feels like holiday with its array of restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, bowling, and casino. The number 7 bus runs regularly from the Marina into Brighton city centre. You can also take the beautiful under cliff walk into the village of Rottingdean. There are also buses that run East so that you can explore the Sussex Heritage Coast.
