    Located just off Western Road, this apartment is in a perfect location and just a few minutes' walk to the many cafes, restaurants and independent shops in the area.

    Kitchen / Dining / Living area comprising of:

    Kitchen

    Neat kitchen with white gloss units equipped with all you need for your self catering stay. You will find a four ring gas hob with electric oven, small fridge with a separate freezer compartment as well the essentials such as kettle, toaster and microwave. The washing machine is housed in a storage cupboard just off the courtyard.

    Dining Area

    Dining table with wooden bench and extra chairs for six. The table can double up as a laptop friendly work surface if you are travelling for business.

    Living Area

    Brighton front room with contemporary black faux leather sofa which will comfortably seat three and a further guest in the armchair. TV with Freeview channels as well as WiFi are in place for your entertainment. The two fold out Futon porta beds for two extra people to sleep on, fold neatly into a cushion which can be used as extra seating. The porta beds measure 60cm in width and 180cm in length.

    Bedroom 1

    At the back of the property, the master bedroom has a double bed dressed with cushions in spring yellows and greens, en suite shower room and access to the courtyard. For your belonging there is a hanging rail with a small shelf for additional storage.

    Bedroom 2

    Twin bedroom with zip and link beds which can be arranged as a king size bed upon request. Spacious room decorated with orange cushions and matching curtains which houses a wardrobe with mirrored front as well as a work space which can be used as storage for books or toiletries.

    Bathroom 1

    Family bathroom with a bath and shower overhead, wash basin with mirrored front cabinets above, WC and heated towel rail.

    Bathroom 2

    En suite to the master bedroom, the shower cubicle has a wash basin with mirrored front cabinets, WC and heated towel rail.

    Courtyard

    Courtyard accessed via both bedrooms at the rear of the property. It is soon expected to have a table and chairs so guests can enjoy a morning coffee on a sunny day. Please contact us if you require further information.
