    The living room is filled with light and has lovely features such as a large bay window and a period fireplace. Comfortable seating comprise of 2 two seater sofas, one of which converts into a double sofa bed for 2 guests. The TV is wall mounted allowing you to watch the news or a movie from any point of the room. There is also a DVD player, Radio with CD player as well as free Wi-Fi.

    Dining Area

    The dining table sating 4, is ideally appointed by the bay window which offers a spectacular view over the New Steine gardens and out to the sea. Sit back and relax with a glass of wine while watching the white yachts tacking across the sea.

    Kitchen

    Accessed via the living room, this compact and fully equipped kitchen has all you need to cook a meal from a scratch or heat up a takeaway in the evening. You will find a fridge, washing machine and dishwasher for your use.

    Bedroom

    To the rear of the building, the large hotel style bedroom is spacious and houses a King size oak bed dressed with pretty cushions and a matching throw. For guests booking longer stays, there is plenty of storage including drawer and hanging space.

    Bathroom

    Tiled from floor to ceiling, the bathroom is clean and has a contemporary finish. There is a wash basin with a large mirror above it, shower cubicle with powerful shower, heated towel rail and WC.

    Travel cot is available to rent with this apartment. Note that bedding and towels for the travel cot are not supplied due to Health & Safety reasons.
