There are two flights of stairs taking you to the first floor where the spacious living room is located. You will find a large corner sofa (which becomes two single beds) and a chaise lounge by the window. Wall mounted TV with Sky, iPod docking station and DVD player will ensure you don’t miss out on entertainment for all your friends or family. The fireplace will keep you warm in the winter months while the large floor to ceiling windows will ensure you get all the sun in the mornings!
The first bedroom is located on the second floor. It offers brilliant sea views and loads of sunshine. With a double bunk bed and a single bed this bedroom can accommodate up to six people with the use of the additional chair bed. Plenty of wardrobe space as well as shelves and cupboards to leave your belongings.
A double room with an additional single chair bed on the third floor overlooking the sea. With a feature gold wallpaper and turquoise bedspread this room is light and luxurious.
The second twin bedroom is on the third floor at the back, overlooking St George's Street with its small coffee shops, local pubs and trendy shops. Feature Chinese large print wallpaper and window shutters give this room a chic feel.
The second double room on the third floor has a grey, red and gold theme. Grey feature wallpaper and red bedspread with a large gilt wall mirror and chandelier give this room an elegant feel.
Along the hall on the first floor is the main bathroom with jacuzzi bath and over head shower, toilet and a wash basin.
On the third floor with the three bedrooms is another bathroom with a shower over the bath, wash basin and a separate toilet.
There is a separate WC on the first floor for your convenience.
Roof terrace with two bistro style tables and chairs to seat 12 people. A great space tucked away to watch the people go by.
This property is in a quiet residential area. Respectful groups are welcome.
For bookings of seven nights and more a damage deposit of £1000 is required.
This property is dog friendly only. Only small dogs are permitted.
