A truly great social space that will find everyone hanging out around the dining table, with the bifold doors open in fair weather. Cream integrated kitchen units contrasts smartly against the black metro tiles and house a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and grill along with gas hob. There is a microwave and free standing fridge freezer.
The dining area comfortably seats eight, but 10 can cosy around it using the chairs and bench seat. There is a wall mounted TV and access to the patio encouraging guests to make this the hot spot of the house.
Cosy and stylish with some mid century furniture dotted around and occasional lighting creating a warm atmosphere. A bright blue sofa can seat a few people, converting to a single sofa bed by night, and the corner sofa bed can sleep another two guests.
Bright first floor bedroom with a 4" double to sleep two. There is a clever Futon Company mirrored and shelved storage unit with a rail for your travel items.
On the second floor is a zip and link bed that be converted to a king size bed upon request at the time of booking. An open storage unit provides some space for your case.
